Creative Team – OperaBox

Through the groundbreaking educational programme for secondary education Opera Interactively Into Schools, Kornilios Selamsis’ opera Offenbach’s La belle Hélène was presented live in 85 schools (Junior High Schools) across Greece. At the same time, through OperaBox, the entire educational community has the chance to be introduced to the world of opera and the performance digitally. Opera Interactively Into Schools is the continuation of an educational programme that had been implemented by the Greek National Opera in primary schools from 2012 to 2015 and was co-funded by the European Union – European Social Fund (ESF) and National Resources NSRF 2014-2020 through the Operational Programme “Human Resources Development, Education and Lifelong Learning”.
